On the first day, an introduction will be given in order to teach basic hardware concepts. Topics will be interrupts, timer and IO-programming.
In the context of this lab course, basics of embedded system software development will be taught. The focus of this course will be hardware programming comprising a small size development platform (1k memory), importance of input- / output programming, using a procedural development language and designing a software architecture.
