23rd Tag der Informatik
This year's Tag der Informatik took place on 04/12/2009 and was kindly organized by the Chair of Computer Science 4. Our students Martin Lang and Philipp Fischer were both awarded the Schöneborn-prize. Furthermore, Jörg Brauer is among the winners of One Minute Madness, a competition among PhD students of the Computer Science Department.
Sommer Kolloquium
From 19.08.09 to 21.08.09. the summer colloquium of the Embedded Software Laboratory (Computer Science Chair 11) takes place near the idyllic Rursee (Eifel). Topics are the current research results of the scientific staff. Further strategies for teaching and improvement of internal information management are discussed.
SSV 2009
This year, the 4th international Systems Software Verification workshop (SSV 09) is organized by our institute and will be held from 22. until 24. June 2009 at the RWTH Aachen University in the Super C building. The program committee is chaired by Dr. Ralf Huuck (National ICT Australia), Dr. Gerwin Klein (National ICT Australia), and Dr. Bastian Schlich (Embedded Software Laboratory).
